Hmmm... hadn't seen that before!

That could definitely be a problem for fic journals. Kind of illogical, though, because personal journals could contain sexually explicit fics too, but because they contain other content as well, they wouldn't primarily consist of material meeting the legal definition of "pornography." Speaking of which, there is no legal definition for pornography! Only for obscenity, which is illegal.

LJ fails, once again.
